Updates from the BB team

Hello BB affiliates! Hope everyone is have a wonderful day so far!

Listed below are a few updates that we would like to share with you.

You are required to upload a photo ID within 30 days of activating a package. If you fail to do so, you will not be able to access your account until your ID has been uploaded. This is ONLY for affiliates who haven’t already uploaded their ID. You have 30 days (starting, August 2nd) to do so.

Any affiliate that calls support regarding the bank wire or withdrawals to the BB prepaid card no longer gets charged the $5.00 for phone support, effective today, August 3rd. Banners Broker affiliates, please do not contact the bank in relation to wire issues, as this is causing an issue from a security standpoint with the bank and is affecting BB’s longevity. Anyone who chooses to contact the bank instead of BB support will be refunded their purchase and their accounts will be terminated.  Banners Broker will not charge the $5.00 phone fee IF you’re calling support regarding bank wires. Rest assured we are working eagerly with you and diligently to get all situations resolved in a timely manner.

For Indian new affiliates, there will now be a list of Indian states located in a drop down menu when an affiliate signs up. They will need to ensure that they select their state. Again, this is located on the sign up page, at the bottom of the page.

As of last week, (August 1^st) you can no longer purchase more than 1 package, however, you can still transfer packages and panels.

For the next batch of the BB Prepaid Cards, the owner of the cards name will appear in capital letters. It is automatically defaulted to this.

Regarding payouts, the BB Prepaid Card payouts should be done by tomorrow, August 8^th. Please do not try to use the card to test it. If you would like to check your balance, simply go to the prepaid card section, located at the top, and go to “check balance”. Payza and STP payouts should also be done by tomorrow, August 8th. Payouts to India, the last batch has been sent out, however, we are just waiting to be informed about the proper instructions to send you the payment. We will certainly keep you posted.
